Circumcision has become an integral crucial rite in the Jewish culture. Exploring this as a client I have found absolutely no reason medical or otherwise to continue this custom except for its long-standing importance to the Jewish community, not a good reason in and of itself.

Circumcision is at the heart of gender imbalance in Judaism. For a male Jew, it is a critical mark of identity, an assumed rite of passage, secular or sacred, into the peoplehood and/or faith of Judaism. For a Jewish woman, it may have the same meaning until she is pregnant, with the possibility of bearing a son. It is then that a woman's deepest instincts may arise trembling out of her culturally anesthetized stupor to whisper or plead, "Please, let it be a girl."

For more than thirteen centuries here in the Muslim world exists a ritual known as Male and Female Circumcision. Solely a Jewish tradition, the Circumcision ritual...plus many other Jewish traditions...has found a willing host in the post-Mohammadan Muslim world. This man-made invention and innovation...not found in GOD's last scripture, Holy Qur'an...has been a curse on millions of children, both male and female, across the Muslim world.
